We are currently looking for three digital marketing specialists, a social media specialist and a marketing assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing key market information, as well as identifying areas of improvement to increase company revenue and brand.

 

 

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will create and manage paid advertising, execute SEO tactics, help establish and maintain online presence for clients and measure and report on performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to determine potential of products and services
  • Perform analysis of market strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns
  • Translate complex data into simple graphs and text
  • Compile and present data for other departments
  • Execution of on and off page SEO tactics, working with internal and external resources to achieve results
  • Create, manage and optimize paid search campaigns for clients across a variety of industries on Google, Bing, Facebook, and other ad networks
  • Conduct keyword research and create and refine lists of targeted search terms
  • Analyze the performance of PPC campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Create and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, geo and device targeting, and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals
  • Analyze competitors’ strategies
  • Management of multiple projects and clients during any one time period
  • Establish and maintain online presence for clients
  • Manage and oversee updates on client websites
  • Measure and report on website performance

 

Qualifications:

 

 

  • Previous experience in market research, SEO or PPC
  • Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative data collection
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work well in teams
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic and a “do whatever it takes to get the job done” attitude to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • No coding knowledge required

 

Job Type: Full-time

 

 

Salary: Salary and commission vary. The base salary is between $50,000 and $70,000 depending on the position and experience of the candidate.
